This Terms & Conditions of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the website use guidelines and standards of use of ZeroMortgage.com for Users and/or Members. Members of ZeroMortgage.com must agree to abide by these terms and conditions upon website registration and prior to any mortgage loan application submission. By using the ZeroMortgage.com website you (as a “User” or a “Member”) agree to these terms and conditions. A “User” is defined as an unregistered visitor to the website (which means that you simply browse the ZeroMortgage.com website, including through a mobile device or otherwise attempt to use ZeroMortgage.com without being a registered Member and have access to various ZeroMortgage.com tools, loan calculators, amortization tools, credit reporting tools, etc.). A User is different from a Member, whereas a “Member” has registered to establish an account on ZeroMortgage.com with all attending privileges including the application and submission for a mortgage loan. ZeroMortgage operates ZeroMortgage.com, which is an online mortgage services company which provides detailed information on mortgage loans and provides a simple proprietary interface whereby members can apply for mortgage loan lending products. ZeroMortgage.com provides a secure online application process, with bank grade security SSL certificates with extended validation and encrypted databases, for the transfer of loan application documents, instructions and messages back and forth between authorized signing agents, lenders and approved users. ZeroMortgage.com requires Members to create an online account and profile in order to request or use such services. With the combination of services provided by ZeroMortgage.com we are able to provide our clients with not just a national solution but a national competitive advantage for all your mortgage lending needs.
2) Proprietary Rights to Content
You acknowledge and agree that this website contains information, data, software, photographs, graphics, text, images, logos, icons, typefaces, audio and video material, and/or other material (collectively referred to as “Content”) protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents, service marks, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media, and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed.
